To advance the mission of Operation Mobilization, this position will strengthen connection and collaboration across OM staff in the U.S. by coordinating and executing cross-functional events, communications and projects that bring people together around the org mission, goals and values. This position will also support execution of People Care projects. The organizational Culture Coordinator will facilitate meaningful connection points for OM staff in the US to pray, fellowship and collaborate. They will proactively engage OM staff in the U.S. in upcoming events, celebrations and culture topics, resulting in improved fellowship and staff feeling well-informed. Requirements:
- High level of ability in interpersonal and written communication; ability to communicate with multiple constituent groups. High emotional intelligence.
- Experience and demonstrated ability in agenda design and coordinating volunteers.
- Experience in event planning or hospitality preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft, including Office, Teams, Forms, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Proficient in Canva or equivalent app to design attractive graphics and videos.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
