OM workers emphasize ministry that bridges this gap—building authentic relationships, serving communities and creating natural spaces for meaningful conversations about Jesus.
In London, OM serves among one of the world’s most diverse populations, where nearly every major faith and culture is represented. Ministry often includes interfaith dialogue, cross‑cultural evangelism and community outreach in neighborhoods shaped by global migration. Teams learn to share Christ compassionately among people of many worldviews.

Around the world, OM coaches and athletes engage youth through local sports clubs, coaching programs and community competitions—creating natural spaces for connection, character formation and Discovery Bible Studies. SportsLink opportunities are also available in South America.
In Poland, OM serves in a rapidly changing and increasingly multicultural context, especially among refugees and immigrants affected by regional conflict. OM has long-term workers in over 140 countries on almost every continent. Once a partner has met with our team, we begin the process of curating your customizable experience with one of our teams on the ground that best meets your needs based on group age/size/desired outcomes/availability.
All our trips are in partnership with our long-term missionary teams in-country. Once you arrive, OM team members will execute and lead your team throughout the duration of your time. When available, we offer the option for an OM team leader from OMUSA to travel with your team and partner with you throughout the experience.
All in-country costs, including accommodation, food and travel are included in the price. Airfare and insurance are excluded.
OM does not directly receive money or assist in the purchase of airfare. We do connect you with one of our partnering travel agents that are experienced in finding the best possible flights for groups and mission work.
Every country and team offer a unique experience with accommodations varying from missionary compounds, hotels, partnering churches and potentially in the homes of missionaries. We strive to provide authentic experiences that are culturally immersive and keep costs as low as possible.
