Our Vision

 

We envision a world where people with disabilities are valued members of their communities, have access to the gospel, know they belong, and are discipled to become leaders and disciple-makers themselves in their local churches and communities.

This is not just a social project; it is a spiritual movement. It is about restoring dignity, awakening purpose, and building inclusive communities that reflect the heart of Christ. This is a huge vision, but we believe it to be God’s vision and He is able.

 

Our Goals

 

  • Jesus followers and church leaders have increased awareness, knowledge, and skills to lead gospel-centered disability inclusion.
  • Local church implementation is strengthened; ensuring people with disabilities are welcomed, valued, and discipled alongside others in the body of Christ.
  • Individuals with disabilities are empowered socially and economically, so they can contribute meaningfully in their communities.

 

By God’s grace, we envision all people with disabilities enabled and thriving as valued disciples of Jesus—fully included in the body of Christ and their communities.

Equip : Include : Belong 

Through training and mentoring, we equip Jesus followers, and church leaders to include people with disabilities by showing Jesus’ love and raising awareness—creating welcoming communities where everyone is valued, included, and belongs in God’s kingdom.

Equipping Leaders 

• Online training & webinars: Equip church leaders and missionaries with biblical and practical tools for inclusive ministry.

• Follow-up coaching: Support participants in applying what they’ve learned to engage with and advocate for people with disabilities.

• Disability ambassadors: Identify, train and mentor local champions who feel called to serve and advocate for inclusion. Conduct field visits to monitor and encourage their growth.

Building inclusive discipleship in the local church

• Church-based inclusion committees: Establish teams to raise awareness, adapt infrastructure and enable welcoming environments.

• Accessible gospel materials: Provide audio Bibles, large print, braille, sign language apps, and sensory-friendly children’s resources.

• Inclusive discipleship: In relationship with the local church support spiritual growth of people with disabilities; through inclusive Discovery Bible Study groups, tailored to meet their needs.

Empowered for meaningful participation

• Awareness campaigns: Use radio and community events to share the Biblical perspective on disability.

• Parent peer support groups: Empower families with knowledge, skills, and practical resources as a community.

• Collaboration and partnership for Support Pathways: working with churches, ministries, and service providers to promote inclusion and meet the support needs of people with disabilities, such as access to assistive devices, education, vocational training and employment opportunities.
