Aruba

OM in the Caribbean is committed to raising up believers to go overseas into world missions

Aruba, a picturesque island in the southern Caribbean Sea just 18 miles north of Venezuela, is a semi-autonomous member of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, known for its warm climate, vibrant culture and booming tourism industry. Aruba is home to a diverse mix of ethnic groups, including Dutch, Colombian, Venezuelan, Dominican and Haitian communities. Most residents live in or near the capital, Oranjestad, and San Nicolaas.

Christianity is the primary faith, and the evangelical presence continues to grow—especially among recent immigrants from Latin America, the Caribbean and Asia. Churches worship in both English and Papiamento, reflecting the island’s multicultural spirit.

OM in Aruba partners with local churches to mobilize believers for mission, offering opportunities for short- and long-term outreach both locally and globally. Whether you feel called to volunteer, support projects or pray, your involvement can make a lasting impact!

As Isaiah 12:4 reminds us: “Give praise to the Lord, proclaim His name; make known among the nations what He has done.” Join us in sharing God’s love and making a difference in Aruba and beyond.
