Its open acceptance of the vibrant mix of cultures, social and national identities brings unique opportunities to its historic Christian identity.

Jesus followers in Germany

There is religious freedom in Germany, and due to its centuries-long adherence to Christianity, a church building can be found in almost every village and town. However, today less than 60% profess to actively follow Jesus. 21st Century Germany faces spiritual challenges where New Age, occultic, Satanic, and newly-discovered old pagan religions all grow in popularity, including those claiming: “no religion,” other than materialism. Yet, this also offers great opportunity to demonstrate the Truth in practical ways to those who have yet to hear and accept.
