This Recruiting & Placement Consultant role responsible for managing and executing the full cycle of program coordination, recruiting, and placement for OM Experiences and Internships. This role is central to OM USA’s strategy of engaging more people in experiences that awaken their heart for the least reached and helps them discover their fit in God’s mission. Work independently and collaboratively to match candidates with opportunities that connect with their skills and passions, deepen their commitment to mission, and accelerate our shared work around the world.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience (in global programs, recruitment, or relationship management preferred).
• Strong cross-cultural experience and a global perspective.
• Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-service mindset.
