We are a people on mission for God. We have made His eternal purpose our life purpose. He made us in His image so we could know Him and reflect His glory and goodness on this earth. There is nothing more important than this. It is why we were put on this planet. Nothing more, nothing less – to know Him and make His glory known in every nation is our desire. This is the why behind everything we do. We strive to make every decision, plan and action in light of this ‘why.’

We believe that it’s best to first understand before responding. Taking the time to listen is one of the highest forms of respect we can show to another person. We avoid jumping to conclusions, making assumptions and rushing to judgment.

We believe that everyone is created uniquely by God. In fact, they were designed specifically for good works even before God created the universe. If God designed us with such intent and purpose, we want to make sure we live out of the fullness of that design. We are a people who breathe life into those around us, releasing their God-given potential. We remove obstacles. We believe that fear of failure brings bondage. Failure is not the end; instead, it is often the evidence of courage and faith and the pathway to growth and success. We celebrate success, and we recognize that every success has its beginning and end in our Creator. He is the one who gives us the talents, gifts and strength to succeed.

We believe that if we are to bring the transforming hope of Jesus to the billions who have never heard of Him, and those who are forgotten, living as refugees, oppressed and in slavery, we must blaze a trail with unstoppable boldness. Our boldness is grounded in God’s greatness. Our steps are directed by His Spirit in us. He is our guide. We believe that safety is not found in a physical place but in the presence and purposes of our God. We push forward, reflecting His glory and goodness wherever we go.

We believe that God is constantly at work in our lives. We have both the privilege and responsibility to join Him in this work. Growth is a sign of life, health and progress, and we seek to grow in every aspect of life. We have the best teacher! The Holy Spirit instructs us personally, and He also instructs us through the rest of the body. We believe that as we grow as individuals, our team will grow and benefit. Healthy team members make healthy teams.

We believe that we are to be a people of joy. Joy is not an emotion but an orientation of a heart which has been set free, made new and given eternal hope. The fruit of joy has been inserted into our lives by the Holy Spirit, so we are content no matter what circumstances we find ourselves in. We want our joy to be contagious. We want others to find the source of our joy. We want our joy to transform the lives of those around us.

We believe that ‘we’ is greater than ‘me.’ Our team’s effectiveness and well-being reside in our unity as the body of Christ. In fact, God’s blessing is found in the place of unity. We want to go further faster in accomplishing the mission God has given us, so we work hard at being better together. The best ‘we’ happens when each ‘me’ finds their identity and rest in Jesus. When we learn to ‘be’ who we were created to be, for the Person we were created to serve, then we make the together better.

We believe we are made in the image of our creator. Therefore, we create. We believe that as new creations with the Holy Spirit of God in us, we have the potential to be the best innovators on the planet. It is who we are, and it is what we do. We have the purposes of God as our motivation and the Spirit of God as our inspiration. We believe that we live in a day when we need to innovate more than ever. We need to find new methods to reach the growing number unreached and forgotten people in our world. Innovation is not a single act or event but a journey of repeatedly exploring new methods and ideas. Why the ellipses (three consecutive periods)? As good stewards of our resources, we will “DOT” pause, “DOT” evaluate, “DOT” adjust before we repeat.

We believe that there is great urgency to what we do. For millions today, hope will come too late. Therefore, we are driven by a desire to change that reality. We desire to be a people who will do whatever it takes to bring the hope of Jesus to those who have not heard and are oppressed by darkness. Regardless of the resources available to us, we will find a way to share our hope. The stakes are too high for us to ignore those we want to reach. We will make it happen! The love of Christ compels us.
